Type
a word, phrase, or search expression in one or more of the
boxes.
eg. fund raising retrieves
that phrase.

Within a search box use & for
AND, /
for OR, and ! for NOT:
e.g. volunteers & youth retrieves
items with BOTH terms (limits search)
e.g. volunteers / youth retrieves
items with EITHER term (broadens search)
e.g. volunteers ! youth retrieves items with volunteers
but NOT youth (greater precision)

Use
a * to truncate.
e.g. volunteer* retrieves volunteers,
volunteering, volunteerism, etc.

Use : > < >=
<= for date searching
e.g. > 2000 retrieves everything published
after 2000 (greater than 2000)
e.g. >=2000 retrieves everything published
since 2000 (greater than or equals 2000)
